Let us know the products you are looking for, your club name along with any sponsors and team logos. If you would like a design that isn’t featured on our website simply request a callback and one of our kit design experts will discuss your design with you. Alternatively new designs can be created from basic sketches and photo images of what you are looking for.

Order Confirmation

With your initial designs drawn up, a member of our sales team will send through a quote detailing the styles we offer, order minimums & pricing. If you have any amendments to make to your designs then please let us know. All design work is free of charge – we want to get your kit just right.

Production

Our garments follow UK standard sizing from Mens 4XSB to 9XL and Ladies size 4XS to 7XL. Detailed sizing sheets will help ensure getting the right fitting kit is as easy as possible. Once you are happy with your order we will collate all the information and send you an order confirmation, which includes artwork signing off, sizing sheet & invoice. This should be checked thoroughly as it is the last chance for any amendments to be made. When the order is confirmed and payment is made, your order will be sent for production, with rigorous quality checks to ensure it is of the highest standard.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered within the quoted time frame. Once despatched you will receive your tracking number and delivery in 2-3 working days.

Price & Taxes

Pricing for ‘made-to-order’ products is available through your Sales Manager. Tax is payable as required. All prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 20% unless bought specifically for children. VAT is applicable as follows: Shirts and Shorts in our Mini & Youth Sizes (age 13 and below) and socks up to size ‘3-6’ are VAT zero-rated Euro Zone customers will not be charged VAT if they advise us of their VAT registration number If you have any queries or would like us to quote prices in other currencies, please contact us on +44 (0)7761 820408

MOQ – (Minimum Order Quantity)

The minimum initial order quantity for shirts is 10. The Minimum order for shorts is 10 This can be across a range of sizes. Minimum order quantity for Banda rugby balls is 50 per size. Minimum order for Ultra Elite Socks is 25 pairs per size. Minimum Order for Club Socks is 12 pairs per size.

Deliveries

Deliveries will be made to the address specified on the account (unless otherwise instructed) within 4-6 weeks of your order/design confirmation and payment. If you require delivery address confirmation or changes please contact Sales at +44 (0)7761 820408. Banda uses a Courier Service on behalf of our customers. Orders over £2000 (excluding VAT) will be delivered free of charge. Orders under £2000 (excluding VAT) are £35.00 per delivery. When an order leaves our factory for delivery, you can expect to receive an email from Sales that provides both the tracking number and courier contact information, should you wish to follow the order delivery for yourself.

Problems with your order

If upon delivery you feel that you have a concern with your order, we require you to ring Customer Services within 72 hours on +44 (0)7761 820408. Your concern will be addressed against the agreed specifications and in the event that Banda or one of its staff has made an error which results in incorrect or faulty product, the affected product will be replaced free of charge within four weeks.

Our office is open Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 6.00 pm. Our telephone number is +44 (0)7761 820408. A member of our team will be happy to take your call. Outside of office hours we provide a voice messaging system. Calls to the system will receive a reply within the first two hours of the following business day. In addition your Regional Sales Manager has a dedicated mobile phone for easy one to one direct access as well.

Terms & Trade

Once an order is CONFIRMED the customer is obliged to accept delivery, pay the agreed price and adhere to the payment terms of the order. Title of the goods remains with Banda Sports until payment is made in full. All orders below £2000 plus VAT will require 100% payment before despatch for all customers, except those who have 28 day accounts. Banda will accept 50% upfront and the remaining 50% balance before despatch. The goods must be retained in unused condition and the cost of any loss or damage will be borne by the customer. Whilst every effort will be made to deliver orders within the 4-6 weeks lead time, this is not contractual. Banda Sports reserves the right to perform credit checks on all customers and request payment of an order in full BEFORE the order will be processed. Bespoke garments are ‘made to order’ based on customer confirmation of the order details. Refunds/Returns for bespoke orders will only be done whereby Banda Sports has failed to comply with the confirmed customer order instructions or the product is faulty. Notification of an order issue must be made to Banda within 72 hours of order receipt.
