The minimum initial order quantity is 10 garments. This can be across a range of sizes. Minimum order quantity for Banda rugby balls is 50 per size. Minimum order quantity for Ultra Socks is 25 pairs per size.
The price quoted to you by Banda Sports is the price you pay. We will pay the new import taxes and duties.
Regardless of where you are inside or outside of the UK, you can carry on posting returns back to us in the UK via the method of your choice. There will likely be an international customs declaration form to complete when you take your parcel to your local postal service (for returns made outside of the UK)
All fees on a standard order are included in the quoted price. We do not charge any extra fees for design work or art setup. To get the best quality custom sports kit we recommend using vector graphics for logos. If you require any logos re-drawn this is charged at an hourly rate of £40 based on the complexity of the design.
We accept logos/sponsorship files in high-resolution vector or EPS files. We can offer a design and re-draw service if required (at an additional fee). Read our Graphics and Artwork guidelines for more information.
Having confirmed your order and payment has been completed, your bespoke sportswear will arrive at your door within a timeframe of 4-6 weeks via our courier.
